Sticks'n'Sushi gift cards can be purchased in all restaurants or online through our website.
When you purchase your e-card we will send you an e-mail immediately after purchase with a unique reference code, which must be quoted at the time of booking and redemption.
Alternatively, we can post a card to you. Cards are posted to the address you provide via tracked Royal Mail. Please note these might take up to 5 working days to arrive.
The e-card or posted card must be shown on site when redeeming.
You can use Sticks'n'Sushi gift cards and e-cards in all our restaurants in the UK, Copenhagen and Berlin.
Neither Gift cards nor e-cards can be exchanged for cash. All bookings must be made in advance quoting the unique code provided or the card number. E-cards will be valid no later than 48 hours after purchase. Both are only for use within the restaurant and our web show but not available with third party delivery partners.
Feel free to share your gift card with others but be aware that you are responsible for all use - and misuse - of your gift card. Therefore, only share the gift card with people you trust. It doesn’t cost anything to use the gift card. There are no hidden fees or extra costs.
The gift card is valid for 2 years from the time of purchase or from the last time you added money to the card. If you are in doubt about the expiry date on your card or your current balance, you are welcome to contact us at: [email protected]
If you happen to lose your gift card, please contact us immediately on +44 20 31 41 88 00 or email [email protected] so we can block the gift card as soon as possible.
